USBs
Some of Loona's most sought-after items are USB drives that were given to fans during events in their predebut era. The last time I saw one of these was during So What era, so I'm not sure if BBC continued these after that. These USBs are typically signed by the girls with messages written on them. I put some pictures below of what these would typically look like!

ISAC Handouts
ISAC (Idol Star Athletic Championship) is a show / event that features multiple K-Pop groups and idols partaking in different sports / athletic activities against one another. Fans have the opportunity to attend ISAC in person, and as thanks for their support, groups and idols sometimes like to prepare gifts or even meals for their fans in the audience! Below is an example of some of the gifts that Loona gave out when they attended ISAC in 2019. HeeJin attended ISAC 2024 under ARTMS and Yves also attended under her solo artistry!
As far as I could fine, there are five different sticker variants the girls gave out with messages they wrote and signed themselves!

ViViD T-Shirt
An event was held during HeeJin's debut and the winner got an official ViViD t-shirt!
LOONA 1/3 innisfree Collaboration
The members of LOONA 1/3 did a collaboration with innisfree, a skincare and makeup brand! The girls specifically sponsored the brands lipstick and appeared to have given out signed boxes. I'm sure how these were obtained. Possibly through an in-person event!
MUPLY Playlist B-Side 2 Contest
Orbits had to answer questions about the show the girls participated in and had the chance to win a member signed employee id badge, an enamel pin, and a signed polaroid! Only one of each member exists.

K-POP IDOL CHART
K-Pop Idol Chart is a YouTube channel that did an interview series with HyunJin, JinSoul, Yves, and Olivia Hye during So What era. In the second episode, JinSoul assembles and signs a Sprout Robot figure during the interview! An event was held through the video to win the robot by commenting on a separate board through the K-Pop Idol Chart YouTube channel!
Summer Package 2020 Concept Zone
Each member signed one of their banners that was put up during the in person shop for the Summer Package 2020 merchandise! These banners could be won in a giveaway through the event.
Anti Smoking Campaign
In collaboration with Korea's health programs, the girls were featured in a calendar that promotes social distancing and anti smoking awareness.
Blip
*HaSeul did not participate in this event due to being on hiatus.*
These cards were given out through the Blip app. Leaving a review on their Loona episode gave you a chance to win a photocard. Only one card of each member was made, plus a group card. Blip gave us very clear previews of the cards, so that is why it's very easy to find pictures of these online. If they hadn't, I wouldn't have shown photos of these for the sake of their rarity.
COCOMONG
An event was held for Loona and Cocomong's collaboration, where these photocards were given away. It is estimated that there were about 15 of each card made, though I could be wrong.

Sudden Attack Mouse Pads
Sudden Attack is a Korean FPS game that HeeJin and Chuu collaborated with during Why Not era! The girls had character skins and voice lines of them added to the game. Chuu even returned to the game in 2023 for another collaboration with Jo Yuri! An event was held through NEXON where you could win signed mouse pads or polaroids of HeeJin and Chuu.
Blip Message Cards
Users had to create topics for Loona on the Blip app and were randomly picked to win a message card created by the members.

Fact iN Star
This event was held through YouTube where you had to post a picture on Instagram with a specific hashtag. I'm unsure of what the picture requirement was. Winners received a group signed 12:00 album, a member signed Fact iN Star handheld mirror, a member signed name tag, and a member signed polaroid! I'm unsure how many were given out.

K-Pop Cover Dance Festival in Japan
This is an official dance competition that is organized through MBC. In 2021, HeeJin and Kim Lip attended the competition as surprise judges! The venue the event was held at gave out limited clear photocards for each Loona member, along with promotional posters. There are thirteen different cards total, and I am unsure how many of each.
Arcade Pang Variety Show
A giveaway was held for the drawing the girls drew in the video!
Genie Play Color Event
An event was held during Flip That era from the Genie Play Color Studio. The winners of this event received one photocard of a member, which have no previews and were undisclosed. These are extremely rare as only one of each member was made, and I've only seen one person put two of them up for sale!
HeeJin IDOL COOKBANG
IDOL COOKBANG is a series through the genie original YouTube channel! HeeJin got to participate during Flip That era and through the YouTube channel you had a chance to win an exclusive signed photocard of HeeJin from the video. There are only two of these photocards in existence and one of my amazing Orbit friends actually owns one! Due to the extreme rarity of this card, we both agreed to not showcase it on this site due to its one-of-a-kind status!
Queendom 2 Broadcast
Signed postcards were given out to attendees of the final episode of Queendom 2!

FAB Heungbit Contest
Orbits subscribed to HyunJin's FAB account got to participate in a contest! Users would comment or post a picture with two specific hashtags and ten users would be selected to win a set of AR photocards and a sticker set!

HeeJin Find Your KODE Channel Event
Users had to follow the KODE X account, watch the KODE YouTube video HeeJin did with Park Jaehyung, and post a picture of you watching the video and using a specific hashtag to possibly win a guitar pick signed by HeeJin!
HeeJin KODE Power Blog Girl Event
Power Blog Girl is a series / variety show that HeeJin did through the KODE YouTube channel. There were events through KODE's SNS accounts that gave you the chance to win a signed HeeJin 4-cut photo!

HyunJin Beurth Event
Beurth is a beauty brand in South Korea that HyunJin did a small collaboration with. A pop-up store event was held where HyunJin gave out packages of Beurth's products in person (shampoo, conditioner, and face wash) and 100 of the packages were exclusively signed by her!
